Valentine Jam Biscuits

Hey guys so I made these scrummy valentine biscuits yesterday, (boys girls love it when you cook, it's also really sweet!) I highly recommend them:
-They're easy to make!
-They look amazing
-They also taste amazing!
Apricot Jam
Strawberry Jam

You will need:
250g of plain flour
200g of butter
100g of icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
Jam (this can be any type of jam, I used strawberry and apricot but raspberry or any other jam would work too)

This recipe should make about 10 biscuits.

Step by Step recipe
1st step: Preheat oven to 170C
2nd step: Put the flour, icing sugar and salt in a bowl and rub in the butter using your finger tips until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
3rd step: Add the egg yolks until the dough thickness, then roll out to a thickness of about 0.5cm.
4th step:Using a cookie cutting cut out an equal number of biscuits, in half of them cut out a smaller hole in the center of your shape.
5th step:Leave in the oven for 10-12mins until golden brown then leave them to cool down on a wire wrack.
6th step:When they have cooled place teaspoon of jam on each of the whole biscuits ( if you like you can put two different kinds of jam on the same biscuit if you want to do this just place another teaspoon of another jam on the biscuit with the hole in) and place the biscuit with the whole in on top.
7th step:Enjoy and share<3!

Hope you enjoy this recipe guys and let me know how they turn out!xxx (I did not make this recipe up however I may have adjusted it)
