E.L.F review!

Bonjour!xx

How are you all? Good I hope, sorry for the delay of my E.L.F review, I have been busy with studying and all that jazz! But I'm here now and if you haven't read my 'I'm a E.L.F Virgin' post then I'll put the link down below!

So the first item I want to talk about is the smokey brown and nude nail polishes, these nail polishes, I found were not very true to they're online picture they both seemed to be a bit lighter than the misleading picture. Also I have tried both of them (they go on like dreeeeam!) but they chip so easily like the next day they started to chip! However they were only a £1 so I don't think it's to bad!

Next the matte finisher nail polish, I adore this product, I think it's so cool! I wasn't sure if it would work, but it did and I highly recommend it because now you don't have to buy matte nail polishes, buy this nail polish and every nail polish can be matte!

Now the Daily brush cleanser, I think it's great value because you get quite a big bottle of the liquid however I don't no how to tell if the product is working or not, I suppose you just have to believe that it works, however it does get any extra product off after use.

Finally the stipple brush, I love this brush it's so soft and applies my foundation lovely and doesn't leave any lines! I will defiantly be buying more E.L.F brushes in the future!

Thanks for reading guys!, I'm not sure if i like writing in big chunks as I feel it makes it boring to read? Let me know if you agree by telling me what you think in the comments! P.S sorry about the lack of photos in this post, hope you don't mind this once!xxx

Don't forget to follow! Hope you guys enjoyed this:)!xx

Topshop Nail Polish - £6
I have used this as a top coat on the nail polish above, I ADORE this nail polsih it's transparent with tiny and large flexes of glitter normally you find that sparkly nail polishes often don't come out very sparkly so I highly recommend this it will also be great for accented nails! Colour - ICE CRUSH

Ebay - OPI Nail Envy Nail Strengthener (mini) - around £3 -£5
Check out Ebay for some great deals on OPI nail polishes as they're expensive, I only got the 3.75ml bottle because i wanted to test it before spending alot on a base/ top coat.

Topshop Gold Sparkly Cross Top - £18
This gorgeous white top will be fab in the summer with denim shorts *excited*, I love it, it's a good price and I would have to wear a body or vest underneath as it's a bit transparent.

Valentine Jam Biscuits

Hey guys so I made these scrummy valentine biscuits yesterday, (boys girls love it when you cook, it's also really sweet!) I highly recommend them:
-They're easy to make!
-They look amazing
-They also taste amazing!
Apricot Jam
Strawberry Jam

You will need:
250g of plain flour
200g of butter
100g of icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
Jam (this can be any type of jam, I used strawberry and apricot but raspberry or any other jam would work too)

This recipe should make about 10 biscuits.

Step by Step recipe
1st step: Preheat oven to 170C
2nd step: Put the flour, icing sugar and salt in a bowl and rub in the butter using your finger tips until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
3rd step: Add the egg yolks until the dough thickness, then roll out to a thickness of about 0.5cm.
4th step:Using a cookie cutting cut out an equal number of biscuits, in half of them cut out a smaller hole in the center of your shape.
5th step:Leave in the oven for 10-12mins until golden brown then leave them to cool down on a wire wrack.
6th step:When they have cooled place teaspoon of jam on each of the whole biscuits ( if you like you can put two different kinds of jam on the same biscuit if you want to do this just place another teaspoon of another jam on the biscuit with the hole in) and place the biscuit with the whole in on top.
7th step:Enjoy and share<3!

Hope you enjoy this recipe guys and let me know how they turn out!xxx (I did not make this recipe up however I may have adjusted it)
